Low nickel 201 stainless steel strip coil
Grade 201 stainless steel strip is a lower-cost alternative to the conventional Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steels, such as 304 strips.
About half of the nickel content of 304 is replaced with alloy additions of manganese and nitrogen. This results in a higher strength than 304.
201 stainless steel strip has relatively lower ductility and formability compared to 301 stainless steel strip.

(3) Tension rolling is adopted, which ensures the good shape of strip steel, controls the thickness deviation of strip steel, reduces the rolling pressure, and is beneficial to rolling thin gauge products.
(4) Process cooling and lubrication are adopted, which is convenient to control the temperature of the roll and strip steel, reduce the friction between the roll and strip steel and reduce the rolling pressure, which is beneficial to the shape control and prevents the strip steel from sticking to the roll.

DC01 steel (1.0330 material) is a European standard cold-rolled quality low-carbon steel flat product for cold forming. In BS and DIN EN 10130 standard, it contains 5 other steel grades: DC03 (1.0347), DC04 (1.0338), DC05 (1.0312), DC06 ( 1.0873) and DC07 (1.0898), the surface quality is divided into 2 types: DC01-A and DC01-B.
