Cold rolled steel coil is the abbreviation of cold-rolled plain carbon structural plate, also known as cold-rolled sheet, commonly known as the cold plate. Cold plate is made of ordinary carbon structural steel hot rolled steel strip, after further cold rolling steel plate thickness is less than 4mm. Due to the rolling at room temperature, do not produce iron oxide, so cold plate surface quality, high dimensional accuracy, coupled with the annealing, mechanical and technological properties are superior to hot-rolled steel sheet, in many areas, especially household electrical appliance manufacturing, has been gradually replaced with its hot-rolled steel sheet

DC01 steel (1.0330 material) is a European standard cold-rolled quality low-carbon steel flat product for cold forming. Note: DIN 1623 has been replaced by DIN EN 10130, and the designation ST12 has been replaced by DC01.

The main difference between hot and cold rolled steel is in how they are processed. Hot rolled steel is steel that has been rolled at high temperatures, while cold rolled steel is essentially hot rolled steel that is further processed in cold reduction materials
