On October 3, 2022, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted to determine that the revocation of the existing anti-dumping (AD) duty and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on imports of aluminum extrusions from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Based on the affirmative ruling made by the USITC, the existing AD and CVD orders on imports of subject products from China will continue to be valid
