According to statistics from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the US exported around 59,200 tons of cold-rolled coils (CRC) in October, which increased by 17.4% compared to the previous month and also hiked by 53.4% from the same month a year ago.

Among them, the exports to Mexico accounted for the largest proportion, totaling roughly 44,200 tons, a month-on-month increase of 17.4% and a year-on-year hike of 47.7%. Canada ranked second with around 13,700 tons, and the exports to other countries were less than 1,000 tons.

During the period, the export value was around US$76 million, up by 30.5% month on month and by 82.3% year on year.
