On June 15, 2022, the Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) issued an announcement that it had a final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on steel and zamac handles originating in or imported from China. The AD measure was canceled as no sufficient evidence could approve that the withdrawal of the existing AD measure would lead to continuation or reoccurrence of subject products from China.

The decision took effect from the day after the announcement.

The products involved are under 8302.42.03 and 8302.49.99 of the TIGIE.

On December 23, 2015, a definitive AD duty rate of US$10.21/kg was imposed on the products involved.
