According to an official document, Mexico has decided to extend the current anti-dumping (AD) duties on imports of hot-rolled flat products originating in China, Germany, and France for another five years, valid from December 23, 2020.

The AD duty rate for Tangshan Iron and Steel Group is maintained at US$335.60/ton and that for other exporters in China is at US$354.92/ton. The rate for ArcelorMittal Bremen is US$137.1/ton and that for other German companies is US$166.01/ton. ArcelorMittal Méditerranée’s rate is US$67.54/ton and other French exporters are subject to a rate of US$75.59/ton.

The definitive AD duty was firstly imposed on December 23, 2015.

The products involved are under HS codes 7208.36.01, 7208.37.01, 7208.38.01, 7208.39.01, 7225.30.02, 7225.30.03, and 7225.30.99.
